Aligning your lifestyle with Art, strange as it may sound all started with stopping. When an injury prevented Pauline from the day to day activities of a very busy life, painting became her lifeline.  "The creative approach to recovery from this injury drew me in closer to my inner source of healing where I became aware of a deeper connection to life all around me and of an alignment of Body, Mind and Spirit."  

As a young girl Pauline was influenced by Native culture which inspired her own love and respect for nature, life and creativity. When she was 15 she wrote a play about a philosophy she found in the woods.  She left her pharmaceutical job at Ministry of Health to travel around Australia. It's here that Pauline really began her inner journey and in her return to her home town that her 'love' philosophy finds it's destination and expression through her art.

Pauline is one of the few Artists who paints in oil on canvas. Her subject is symbolic of her sentiment and easily recognized in her attention to detail. Pauline paints portraits of musicians with great vibe, wildlife animals, reptiles and tropical birds, hawks and eagles. Her scenery and landscapes reflect her great affection for Ontario and her own extensively traveled country of Canada. 

Pauline is a new member of the Lindsay Gallery and has applied for 2009 Studio Tour as Guest Artist with Graham Dudley of Apsley, Ontario

Prints are on display at The Galaxy 130 Kent St. W in Lindsay by Inkwell Imaging Studio in a Limited Edition series. Pauline was careful in choosing Kevin Beer to represent her first original oil paintings to digital prints. Each print is inspected and signed by the Artist.  Additional business services have been professionally provided by Galaxy Picture Framing.
